We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photos of the item and packaging (if applicable).


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • custom or personalized products,

  • personal care goods (such as beauty products),

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • sale items,

  • gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return under this policy, your item must be:

  • unused,

  • in its original condition and packaging,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain items may be exempt from this right in accordance with applicable law, including personalized or hygiene-related products.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund,

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
